(portion to keep in mind even if your children don’t eat it but would feed that many adults of that simple (canned veggies, pre prepared cole slaw, cottage cheese, potato salad, box of cookies, premade cute fruit, premade, veggie tray, breads buns for sandwich, chips) any pre prepared food items, depending on season and place if camp type fire available thoughts of camping cooking marsh mellows making some-mores. If even not enough for all usually a lot of just marsh mellows in a bag…offer a bite of yours. Kids like to even cook yours. So example of can veggies… house having provide 1 pot on stove.. you bring 2 cans 1 of corn and 1 of green beans you open can dump pot…a child prefer one more than other..haver them separate on their plate give someone share scrape to that one. This not home so no have to eat what is put on plate.

1 crock pot full of totally fall apart meat (meats can be mixed and cooked together people say like host gets white or thighs chick, plus say cut up pieces of roast meat or pork.. can put all those meats together in the same crock…cook low when you go to bed even.. if done when you get up and all falls apart.. unplug warm up for meal. Put BBQ sauce on or make sandwich another way or just the meat. No mess really or cooking for any really. 2 pots depending on Host one for a bag of say small potatoes leaving skin on type golden and red or larger leave skin on..wash throw pot.. boiled.. add butter to cut up or mash on your plate.. other pot to throw veggies if want only hot food. If not hot get cold meats all cold items no cooking at all.
Plate settings be it depending on size people and Host… paper, plastic silverware, napkins, small plastic glasses. If host needs a certain item assign it.
EVENTS PREP SET UP
A must is shooting and should plan on again depending on home..and setup the first event. Should be fun to watch so be on time…
Table set up should again thoughts that area have a set area for viewing if able set tables in a round area with large open center… to yak or watch see happenings. Events would be such and things fun you might like to even see to have in mind..

A SHOT GLASS IS AN OZ.. WE PROVIDE THE SMALL CUPS FOR DRINKING.. Other man pouring or both one with tsp and one with oz cup placing. FIRST ITEM IN IT WILL BE THE COMMUNION TOGETHER.. HOST READING WORDS OF GOD. AFTER ALL RECEIVED WINE AT THEIR TABLE SPOT HOST SAYS THEIRS UP FRONT WITH THEM.. LETS ALL THANK FATHER FOR PROVIDING US REMISSION OF SIN AS WE REMEMBER YOU.
